Pam Milner’s long involvement with horses combined with her professional career designing the interior environments of military health care facilities inspired her to start SPIRIT Serving Veterans.

She has spent more than 28 years working with architectural firms directing program development and design efforts for a variety of health care and research clients both domestically and internationally.

Her project/client list includes U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Army health Facility Planning Agency, National Cancer Institute, Center for the Intrepid at Fort Sam Houston and National Intrepid Center of Excellence at the National Naval Medical Center.  She is certified by EAGALA as an Equine Specialist to provide both EAP and EAL.  Milner received her bachelors in liberal arts from the University of Colorado. 

Milner is certified in change management by the Prosci Change Management Learning Center. This innovative process can benefit individuals with its creative and analytical process.

Milner is also certified by the American Red Cross in First Aid/CPR/AED and has completed the EAGALA Mental Health First Aid USA independent study course.
